Mild Starboard Jelly

In nautical terms, the right side is the starboard side and it is denoted by a green light. This pepper jelly is an exciting alternative to mint jelly when serving lamb. Prepare canapés of crackers and cheese, with a dollop of Outerbridge’s Jelly on top; red and green, port and starboard, hot and mild. The bright colors are also ideal during the holidays.

This may be our spiciest product. Pearl onions soaked in Outerbridge’s Original Sherry Peppers and red wine vinegar…like swimming with sharks! Drop one of these into a Martini or Gibson and make it incendiary. Add them to a pot roast or green bean casserole. Some folks eat them like candy, straight from the jar. Some people jump out of airplanes too!
