Bermuda is a fisherman’s paradise and Bermudians love their fish chowder. There are many different recipes but the one thing they all share is Outerbridge’s Original Sherry Peppers. This Fish Chowder is a blend of traditional ingredients like potatoes, tomatoes, onions, carrots, green peppers, celery and of course, fish fillets. Simply heat and serve.
